Hello neighbors:
We hope everyone is staying safe and well. Please see some updates regarding the pools within our community.
1.) If you are in need of a pool fob, please send an email to admin@hawthornemgmt.com to request a fob. A pool access form must be completed and the fee of $25 (check or money) must be sent prior to the fob being sent. All communication MUST be from the homeowner. Please do not have tenants contact Hawthorne Management since they work directly with homeowners ONLY. Also, please do not call the Hawthorne Management Company office. This may only delay the process further. Allow at least two weeks for the entire process to occur and the fob to be sent to the property address.
2.) The Coventry pool is open until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday. We have received reports that some residents have not been exiting the pool until 9 pm or after. Please take into consideration the close time of 9 pm and allow yourself or your family enough time to gather your belongings and exit the pool on time.
3.) The old furniture will be placed at the Coventry curbside for homeowners to take. Please be mindful of others and only take what your family can use. The furniture should be placed at the curb by next week. Do not call or email about the furniture please. Also, the furniture is take at your own risk. Some of the furniture may be damaged, hence the reason for purchasing new furniture.
