Pool Access Cards
To enter the pool, you must have a working access card (fob). If your card isn’t working, it may be due to:
- Unpaid dues
- Damage or malfunction
- Deactivation
- No card on file
How to resolve issues:
- Check your balance in the Red Rock Portal
- Request a replacement ($25 fee)
- Contact Red Rock for reactivation

📋 Rules & Reminders
- Pool access requires a valid card – no exceptions
- Outstanding balances must be resolved before the season begins
- Violations of pool rules may result in revoked access
- Access issues are handled Monday – Friday only
- Rules can be found via the Red Rock Portal (Homeowners) or Renclave Portal (Renters Only)
🎉 Pool Reservations (Berkshire Only)
Berkshire Pool is available for resident-only events
Time Slots:
- 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Fee: $500 total
- Includes $200 refundable deposit
- Due two weeks prior to your event
To reserve:
- Contact Red Rock
- Submit the reservation form
- Pay in full
- Post-event inspection determines deposit refund
