We are pleased to announce that we have contracted with Welch Pressure Washing to pressure wash the exterior of the townhomes. The pressure washing work is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 29, 2018, and will be completed by Friday, November 2, 2018, Weather Permitting.

Please remove any personal items including but not limited to furniture, umbrellas, grills, plants, and statues from around the front door area, back patio, and sides (if applicable) of the townhome.  All windows and doors must be completely closed and locked as well.  If you have a fence, please be certain the gate is unlocked to allow the contractor access.  The contractor must have complete access to the areas being cleaned to prevent any delay in the cleaning or damage to personal property. Please be aware, water may come in under your doors if the threshold is not tight at the bottom. Any items that are not removed that may be damaged will not be replaced or repaired at the Association’s expense.
