Project Description

During the 2024 Annual Meeting, it was brought to our attention that the existing mailboxes have become extremely worn and weathered. These mailboxes are likely the original ones installed when the first row of Townhomes were built in the early 2000s. Given their condition, we are now planning to replacing them.

As part of this project, we will explore options for replacing these mailboxes with ones that either match the existing design or opt for cluster mailboxes. The latter would provide additional security for both mail and packages.
