Neighborhood Updates

Have you visited one of the pool facilities lately and noticed that your pool fob no longer grants you access or you don’t even have a fob? Well, this article is for you! In this article, we will discuss some of the reasons why your fob may not work and provide steps toward resolution.

My fob doesn’t work -this could be due to a number of reasons:

  1. Your dues may not be current (meaning you may owe a balance).
  2. You may have a faulty fob.
  3. Your fob may have been deactivated for some reason.
  4. You need a new fob.

How do I rectify this:

  1. Please check your Red Rock Portal (for homeowners). Once logged in, you should see a “Current Balance” tile. For accounts that are current and in good standing, balances will be displayed similarly to this: ($130.00). If you find that you have a balance that is not in good standing, please make a payment through the Portal or reach out to Red Rock Management (contact information below) to schedule a payment plan if needed.
  2. Please be advised that fobs were first issued back in 2015. It is possible that over time the electronic mechanism embedded into the card may have become faulty. In these instances, please reach out to Red Rock Management for a replacement.
  3. If you believe that your fob was deactivated by mistake, Red Rock Management will be able to assist with this.
  4. If you never received a fob or need a replacement fob, please reach out to Red Rock Management for a replacement. Please be advised that the replacement fee is $25.00 and the fob will be mailed to you unless otherwise noted.
