Due to weather delays, electrical work has been postponed at the pools. Hence, we have made the difficult decision to postpone opening day until June 4th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be advised that Social Distancing rules must be adhered to and a strict sanitation policy will be implemented/followed by our pool company, Carolina Pool Management. Click here for an updated list of pool rules.

Are you still in need of a pool fob? There’s still time to get your hands on one before opening day! Please note that the Homeowner will need to fill out this form and submit to the Hawthorne Management Company. Along with the form, a payment in the form of a check or money order will need to be included to cover the cost of the fob. Forms need to be mailed to the following address:
