Get excited, pool season is officially upon us! We are excited to announce that our pools will open on Saturday, May 25th, and will remain open until Monday, September 2nd. Hours of operation as well as other important information can be found in the Pool Information document (linked here) that was sent to all Homeowners. A couple of things to note:
-If you have a current balance on your account your pool access card will not work. Please make arrangements to have your bill paid in full before the pool season begins. Access to the pools will be denied if your account is not current. It is important to plan ahead as pool access card reactivations/issues are only handled on Monday – Friday.
-If you lost your pool access card, please call Red Rock Management at 888-757-3376. You can also send an email to support@gowithredrock.com. You will then be asked to submit a payment of $25 to
receive a replacement fob.
-We ask that all residents familiarize themselves and abide by all pool rules. Violations of any pool rules can result to removal/expulsion of pool privileges for the remainder of the season.
-Berkshire Pool can be reserved for events on Saturday and Sunday only. The limit for each reservation is three hours and can be reserved from 10 am until 1 pm or 2 pm until 5 pm with the pool being open for general use prior to or after the event. A fee of $500 ($200 of which is a refundable deposit) is required two weeks prior to the event. The following steps are required to reserve Berkshire Pool for events:
1) Contact Red Rock Management at 888-757-3376 or by email at support@gowithredrock.com.
2) The Homeowner will be required to fill out a form.
3) The Homeowner’s account is charged the reservation fee. Please note that reservations must be paid in full before the event is fully reserved.
4) Condition of the pool will be checked immediately following the event to determine if the deposit is refundable.
