Pool House Renovation
Project Description
Since opening, we have strived to maintain both pool houses. This season, we identify several items that are in need of repair or replacement. Below, we’ve outlined a list of things that we are planning to address:Â
Updated Dehumidification and Exhaust Fans System in Restrooms:
- We recognize the importance of maintaining optimal air quality in our restrooms. Upgrading the dehumidification and exhaust fans will contribute to a more comfortable and hygienic environment.
Cabinetry Replacement at the Attendant Desk (Coventry Only):
- In the Coventry pool house, we intend to replace the existing cabinetry at the attendant desk. This upgrade will enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Bathroom Updates:
- Our bathrooms require attention across several aspects:
- Toilets: Ensuring efficient and modern fixtures.
- Flooring: Replacing worn-out flooring materials.
- Sinks and Cabinetry: Upgrading these components for both practicality and visual appeal.

Main Doors (Bathroom, Closets, and Pool):
- Where applicable, we will address any issues with main doors. Properly functioning doors are essential for security and ease of access.
Window Replacement (Addressing Rotting Wood):
- We plan to replace any deteriorating wooden window frames. This step not only improves aesthetics but also contributes to energy efficiency.
Enhanced Entryways (Higher Fencing):
- To maintain privacy and security, we propose raising the height of the fencing around the entryways. This enhancement aligns with our commitment to safety.
Lighting Inspection and Updates:
- Regular checks and necessary updates to lighting fixtures will ensure well-lit spaces for our community members.
Roof Replacement:
- Safeguarding our pool houses involves addressing roofing issues promptly. We plan to replace any aging or damaged roofing materials.
Exterior Painting or Pressure Washing:
- A fresh coat of paint or thorough pressure washing will rejuvenate the exteriors, enhancing curb appeal and longevity.
Our overarching goal with this capital improvement project is to preserve and protect our existing assets. By investing in these upgrades, we create a more enjoyable and sustainable environment for all.
