Board of Directors
Berkshire/Coventry is covenant-controlled community (Homeowners Association), which is governed by a Board of Directors. These officials are elected by neighbors at the Annual Meeting and serve two-year terms. These officials are responsible for working to resolve various issues in the neighborhood, plan events, coordinate with neighborhood committees and tend to general business. These members are volunteers and are not paid for their services.
