Happy Fall, Everyone! We’re thrilled to announce an exciting lineup of events just for you! Let’s come together and celebrate this wonderful season with fun, laughter, and community spirit. We can’t wait to share these special moments with each of you!

October Lineup:

-Chef Kenny’s Kitchen – October 3rd from 5:30pm – 8:30pm (Berkshire Townhomes)

-Community Yard Sale – October 12th from 8:00am – until (Individual Homes)

-Trunk or Treat & Movie Night – October 26th starting at 5:30pm (movie will start at dusk ~7:30 pm). We are seeking volunteers to decorate vehicles, pass out candy, and assist with other aspects of the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please use the following link.

November:

-Annual Community Meeting – Thursday, November 21st from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. More information regarding this event can be found here.

-Holiday Festival/Movie Night – Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at 4 pm. Location: Berkshire Park @ Berkshire Pool (4108 Houldsworth Drive). More information regarding this can be found here.
