Should you park your vehicles in a parking space during the day, please plan on having them moved by 9 AM on that day, and then can plan on returning after 5 PM, or whenever the traffic cones are removed.

Should you have tenants that use the parking spaces, please make them aware of this, so as to not cause a vehicle to be towed.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

For residents that live on Barons Court, Broadwick Street, Wymering Road, and the side of Draycott Avenue (without garages), during the week of November 14th, we will be having parking spaces on the aforementioned streets listed re-striped along with numbers assigned to each space. This project will take place over a three-day period.

We will be announcing a work schedule separately. Should you park your vehicles in a parking space during the day, please plan on having them moved by 9 am on that day – vehicles can be returned after 5 pm or whenever traffic cones are removed. Should you have tenants that use these spaces, please make them aware of this, so as not to cause a vehicle to be towed.

Please be sure that Red Rock Management has your current email on file, so you will receive up-to-date e-blasts. Once the project has been completed, we will announce a time to distribute hang tags that will need to be displayed in your vehicle. Each resident will receive two tags corresponding to the two assigned spaces. A parking map will be sent out as the date gets closer.

We greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding.
