NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Coventry/ Berkshire Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is November 11, 2020 at 6:30P.M. and will be conducted virtually via the meeting details included below. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce nominees for election to the Board of Directors and discuss the budget.
Enclosed you will find a nomination form. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for election to the Board of Directors, please fill out and return the form by November 10, 2020. You may only nominate someone else if you have spoken with him/her and he/she has agreed to serve on the Board if elected. Nominees are encouraged to join and participate in the meeting to assist with the introduction. Please return completed forms to the Homeowners Association at admin@hawthornemgmt.com FAX 704-347-4475 or to P.O. Box 11906 Charlotte, NC 28220. A written ballot including the nominees for the election of board members will be distributed following the meeting in order to complete the election.
The budget enclosed reflects no change to the assessment per owner, is adopted by the Board of Directors and shall be deemed ratified unless a majority of all the lot owners rejects the budget using the written ballot distributed following the meeting. There is no requirement that a quorum be represented for ratification of the budget.
