Statement Regarding Pool Changes

As a result of the issues that we had this pool season, the Board of Directors have opted to terminate our agreement with Swim Club Management effective immediately. In addition, the Board has signed a contract with Carolina Pool Management (CPM). We selected this company because of their reputation in the region, as well as our conversations and meetings with their Regional Manager, as well as the team that will be working for our community. The Board of Directors have shared all of the concerns with CPM to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

In addition, we are working to establish a Pool Committee, represented by Homeowners and Tenants in our neighborhood. Their goal is to ensure that the needs of the community are met. They will work hand-in-hand with the Board of Directors as well as CPM to ensure a safe, and fun pool season in 2020.
